Welcome to our web site. The following document contains the Terms and Conditions that govern your use of this website. They describe your rights and responsibilities. Please take a few minutes to review these Terms and Conditions. Your use of this web site constitutes your agreement to follow these rules and to be bound by them. This site is owned and managed by Primary Auto Trading W.L.L  (hereinafter referred to as “’we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘it’). We reserve the right to add to, delete or change these terms because of frequent changes in Business policies. As such, you should check these terms and conditions from time to time for such changes.

Returns Policy

According to the regulations of the Ministry of Health no return or exchange is allowed after delivery, except in the circumstances where the product is damaged or incorrect from that which was ordered.

Damaged items

We will replace or refund (at our discretion) any items delivered to you that are damaged or defective at no extra charge if you notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

Incorrect Items Ordered

If we have sent you an incorrect product from that which you have ordered please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and we will do all necessary procedures to replace the wrong item without any extra charges and within 24 hours.

Product Description and Colors

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the description and colour of products shown on our website. However, we rely on information provided to us by our suppliers and packaging colours may differ depending on different computer screens.

Communication from us

As a condition of purchase from us we reserve the right to email you product alerts and special offers that we believe may be of interest to you. We respect your right not to receive these alerts. Please advise us at the time of placing your order that you do not wish to receive alert emails and we will disenable that function from your account. Each and every one of these communications will contain a clear link to Unsubscribe. We assure you that once you have unsubscribed we will immediately remove your name from the communication list and will no longer send you these special offers and alerts, unless you choose to re-subscribe at a later date.

Delivery

• Delivery will take up to 1-2 days from the time the order is placed.
• No delivery charged for areas Kuwait City, Hawally, and Farwaniya.
• A delivery charge of KD 2 will be applied on all orders to  Ahmadi, Jahra, and Mubarak Al Kabir Areas.
• Shipping is free for all invoices equal to or exceeding KD 50.

Working time

Our working days and time for delivery is:

Saturday – Thursday: from 10 am to 7 pm.

Payment

Customers can pay for their orders online before delivery with Visa, Mastercard and K-net.
